AnswerAmy provides an AI-powered call answering service ("the Service") that answers inbound phone calls forwarded by you, collects caller information, and delivers summaries to you. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for configuring call forwarding on your own phone line, for the accuracy of the business information you provide during setup, and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including any obligation to inform callers that calls may be recorded in your jurisdiction. The Service plays a recording disclosure at the start of each call by default.
Each subscription includes the call minutes stated on the pricing page. Usage beyond the included minutes is billed at the stated overage rate. We may contact you to discuss a suitable plan if usage is consistently far above the included amount.
The Service takes messages and routes calls. It does not provide plumbing, medical, legal, or emergency services. Callers reporting a gas smell or a life-threatening situation are directed to contact emergency services. You remain solely responsible for how and when you respond to the messages the Service delivers.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the Service is unavailable, calls behave according to your carrier's forwarding rules (typically ringing your phone or voicemail as before). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed through our payment provider (merchant of record). You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Applicable taxes are handled by the payment provider at checkout.
If AnswerAmy isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions, no forms. For later billing periods, we don't offer partial refunds for time already elapsed, but you can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. Refunds are processed by our payment provider back to your original payment method.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, for placing outbound calls without consent, or for any use that violates telecommunications regulations.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
