To provide the Service we process: (a) account information you give us (name, business name, email, phone number, business details used to configure your assistant); (b) call data for calls forwarded to the Service, including audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and the information callers share (such as name, address, and the reason for their call); (c) usage and billing data.
Call data is used to answer the call, generate the summary we send you, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your call data to advertise to your callers.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Service: voice AI and telephony providers to handle calls, cloud hosting to run our systems, a messaging provider to deliver summaries, and a payment provider (merchant of record) to process subscriptions. Each processes data only to provide their function.
Calls handled by the Service include a disclosure that the call may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are retained so you can review your calls, and are deleted upon account deletion or on request.
Account data is kept while your subscription is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we complete deletion requests within 30 days.
If one of your callers contacts us about their data, we will coordinate with you as the business owner to honor the request.
